Look for the free download. A friend who teaches computer
programming and other such things has been using this for a
couple of years. I’m using it now too. Save Money!!!

*If you
have an older version of WORD you may run into the
difficulty of not being able to open documents from new
versions. There is an easy, although often unknown solution.
You can go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en
and download a fix that will allow you to open, edit and save
such documents. Very handy for all the sharing we do.
*If you
have an old version of MS Publisher….or
no version at all ---you can go to link below and download a
trial version and then when it is up you will still have a
“reader” for publisher files….. It works and you can use
the trial for several months.

*Get an email address
from
www.gmail.com and use
Outlook with it. Gmail has
free pop mail and
works well with your
outlook. Gmail also has a
huge storage capacity and
keeps all your emails there
even when you are receiving
them in Outlook. Their
search is great and very
speedy so you can find an
email you’ve “lost” easily.
Everyone knows gmail so if
you have an easy id at the
first people will easily be
able to write down your
email address when you tell
them. AND most importantly,
it never has to change. You
can go anywhere in the world
and keep your gmail
address. It’s not dependent
on the local provider. (And
of course you can check it
from anywhere in the world).
I’ve moved five times in my
Usborne Career and have had
the same email address for
11 years. I don’t have to
worry about updating
customers or consultants
about my email address.
*Keep track of your expenses month by month. Makes tax time a
breeze. Go to our exclusive Dream Builder’s training site at
http://www.usborne4slp.com/newtraining/ and click on
Business Organization. There you will find an excel spreadsheet
for monthly tabulation of expenses. The expenses listed
coordinated with IRS form Schedule C for direct sellers.
